American Whitewater's Thomas O'Keefe will be testifying in Congress this morning (Thursday Nov 5) before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests, and Public Lands. The hearing starts at 10am EST and there will be several bills before the subcommittee and our slot is on the third witness panel.
