zip code bug

Thanks for all the hard work!

I can't seem to get my changes to the location tab to stick. The system is not acknowledging my zip code as 5 digits, and as a result, does not save any other changes I make to that tab. It keeps telling me the zip has to be 5 digits, when it already is.

Thanks,
Kirk

Perhaps . . . did you 'cut/paste' the zip code from another page or location?

I have had the same problem you describe, and it usually has stemmed from doing a cut/paste, when (for whatever reason) the 'cut' has picked up not just the 5-digit zip, but also has a space (blank) following it. The system sees this as six digits and rejects it. The solution may be to just verify that there is no space after your zip code.

On the other hand, if you just typed the zip code in, and it has exactly five digits, something else is amiss.

I used Mozilla Firefox and it solved the problem. I am still stuck in the IE stone age.

IE should have worked, I added your problem to my bug list. IE is not my primary web browser, so bugs often get fixed in webkit/gecko browsers when I see them far faster than IE.
