Something weird going on with gauges.

Looking at my local stream, (Root River, AW#2651), as of 8:15A.M. this morning, it shows a reading of 677 cfs, which is what USGS is reporting as the 7:00A.M. reading. However:
1) On AW, the "Updated" column is showing this as "21h00m" rather than "1h15m" as it would seem it should.
2) This reading (677 cfs) falls into what I have defined as "Medium Runnable (R4-R6)", but the reach is showing as "H1-Above Recom." (and is color coded blue/purple/periwinkle accordingly).

What's up?
