I moved the "Make changes public" button to the preview tab because of the comment/problem explained in this forum a month or so ago about confusion over "Update Edit Copy" and "Make Changes Public".

This was probably the easiest way to do the change and put the change in a place it could be used.

Now you will be forced to commit to the edit copy if you want to make changes public and you can't loose your changes.

I also retired "verify"/"unverify" and changed delete to delist.
