Ok southern Owen county is getting hammered. I'm pretty sure Cedar creek will hit again today. I've talked to Mike L. and he is loading his boat. I can't leave work until 430 but I would like to run it at 445. Unless there is a big storm still here. Anyone up for some big waves?

7 inches of rain in Louisville in an hour. they shut down U of L. lots more coming.
they are calling for tornadoes and hail over there...I expect its all heading this way after destroying the Derby City.

May play this afternoon by ear now...and i'm definitly leaving the office after lunch!

Everything in Louisville is headed South east. There are some BIG storms just this side of St. Louis though. Those will be the ones to watch

there is so much flooding in Louisville that the red cross is setting up shelters. the fire department lost a station to flooding. there are about 10,000 peeps without power. the downtown library is completely flooded in the basement and first floor. manhole covers are floating downtown. dumpsters are floating across campus.

supposed to meet a crew for the Khorn, I may stick to that plan for now...it all depends on when I can get out of here. If Larimore says it on though....

Mike Larimore called and Cedar is definitely beyond our skill levels. He said even the parking area for the put in is under water. No Cedar creek for us today. Damn. He is checking Benson, which should not be a run yet, and Brandon is checking Craigs.

Every creek around Franklin Co will be way too high later this afternoon, at least for my tastes.
Might try to hit Benson before it gets too high. Constant lightening for the past hour. May hold off for a Khorn run if the deathstorm lets up, it should be good to go. Tomorrow its gonna be rockin.

This is crazy here in Frankfort. And it doesn't appear that its gonna stop anytime soon.
