I would venture to say Whiteoak is FULL of wood....haven't got a visual since the ice storm, but I'd say it is shutdown. FYI, big water Calloway is loads of fun...as is the play if Muddy is at big water.

My opinion, not yet enough rain. There were some localized cases of 1" totals, but I don't think that's enough and those cases weren't in the right spots according to radar. Those same rain gauges have gotten 2-3" in the last few weeks that we've caught some creeks with water and even then it was low.

More rain coming. Specifically a big dose around 6pm according to future casts. A short burst of heavy rain could get some things going.

My focus was creeks south of L'ton. I didn't investigate some of the play runs.

Downtown Louisville has received six inches of rain inside the Watterson in a 3 hour period. Downtown library and court system closed with 3.5 ft of water and lots of damage. Over 60 roads closed, including I-65 North. 20K without power.

I'm not sure what this translates to in terms of runs (unless you want to do some urban street boating), but I sure am wishing I had my boat with me today.

it is dark and ominous on the north side of lex right now. But still no heavy rain yet. lotsa lightning though. and the clouds are moving fast so I'm not sure how much it will really rain if its done it 30 mins.

I don't know if I would waist time driving to Cedar. The put in is even underwater and there is no sign that the rain will end anytime soon. I will get a visual myself at 450 if anyone wants to know about it give me a call then.
