Drytop help

This weekend was so exciting, I blew my neck gasket.................

I have a men's IR Comp LX drytop that was purchased new (with tags) at gauley fest. I've been using it pretty heavily for around 6 months, but not so heavily that I would expect a blown gasket.

I'm going to e-mail IR to see what they say, but I'm most concerned about being able to get back on the water as quickly as possible.

Bubba gave me some information regarding getting the supplies to fix it myself and information about a place I could send it to in order to get it fixed, but I've forgotten what he said.................

A little help please. If IR doesn't decide to help me out, what's my best and most efficient course of action?

Thanks!
bethany

Bethany, if your IR drytop has a latex neck or wrist gasket then check out his thread on how to replace them:

If the drytop has the soft, neoprene neck gasket I'm not aware of any non-IR replacement methods. However if so, then don't worry as IR has ALWAYS been a great company when it comes to the quick (and cheap or free) repair of their gear.

Just got an e-mail back from IR. I think they are going to replace the neck gasket for free. I just have to ship it to them.

You can't beat their customer service.

I heart IR.
