Have you had a Toyota dealer check for frame rust? They had a "buy back" of
1 1/2 avg retail value if it has the rust. On my '99 2wd w/60k miles they
gave me $13, 900!! (I had bought it for $3900 - do the math!) Doesn't hurt
to ask.
