Ran the Khorn today after work, good level! For my B-Day a buddy on mine gave me a fancy blue sponge (looks similar to linked picture but blue www.rei.com/product/786397 ) and I lost it today. It could be at the put in, the dam or maybe on lunch stop island on river right side ( I carried back over to surf again.) If you find it there is a reward!

So I got a dry suit and wore it for the first time today. I put it on once when I got it and I did think about how tight the gaskets were but didn’t trim them down, doh! Well while doing some attaining to get back up to lunch stop island I about passed out do the fact that my neck gasket was about to choke me to death, dudes seiriously! Both my hands were falling asleep too. I was glad I was not on a steep creek for the first time using the new gear! Moral of the story is be careful with new gasket on your gear. They can choke the blood back and keep you from breathing well. Especially if you’re about 15 lbs over weight like I am. I plan to trim my gaskets down and hopefully my big fat @$$.

Isn't boating fun enough Dave? Yes, this kind of thing can be fun but you really need a spotter. Nobody wants to find you and your drysuit lifeless on lunch stop with your hand down your pants. Cut those gaskets Dave.
