| Initial Report: | This Buffalo Creek is a small, low gradient stream in Washington County, PA that was near flood stage following recent rains. On May 22, 1983 wo canoeists were washed into a brush dam where they flipped and swam. The victim was pinned beneathg the boat and drowned. No PFD's were in use. |
