Abstract
The resolution, if approved, will approve a Master Agreement with accompanying legal documents for the development of the Grand Canyon Escalade Project in the Bodaway/Gap Chapter, approve a funding application and negotiation of $65,000,000 by the Navajo Nation Hospitality Enterprise to enter into a development and operating agreement in the Project area, accept the land withdrawal, a covenant not to compete in the development of the Project and waive certain provision of the Navajo Nation Code relative to the Nation’s dispute resolution law.Description
