From Bethpage down to Rogana is fast paced with consistent clas II-III , at least at levels of 3'
and more . I have run this right around 4' twice , fun . The section on down to Mill Pond ( super
sticky at 4' ) is a blast as well , like a mini Ocoee . Big riverwide waves up to 7' , anotherr one
