The oar is visible wedged in a slot. The triangular bow of a submerged dory is visible near the center of the photo. In the raft is Gary Mosely at the oars, while Cassie Mosely and Don Brooks enjoy the ride. BLM told me that the Dory was removed the next week and was rowed out. The owners are responsible for removal, but the BLM contact was not sure who actually removed this boat. |
