Mud Wall rapid
| Description: | One of the more distinctive rapids on the reach. A layer of Basalt rests on a layer of mud or sandstone. The rapid is class 3 ish or would be with higher flow. At 675 cfs it was very shallow halfway down, but fun at the bottom. Locals probably have a different name for this rapid. | |||
