Account	Seldom Seen is good from 8ft to 9ft give or take a little. I have heard that when the tide is high there is eddy service to the hole but I have never seen it. This is the most popular takeout, you can get here after running Pipeline, Rattlesnake and Powerline. This location is just past the Mayo Bridge (14th Street).
