Ferry overshoot at the Colton Boof

Report

Account Jason is at THE KEY ferry for setting up "The Colton Boof". The Boof area is the ledge near the left side of this photo. Overshoot this ferry, you may catch an eddy (that won't do you any favors) just above the ledge ... or you may catch too much rock and teeter or spin off the ledge. Undershoot this ferry, you'll run into the crease and a probable tumble in the hole. This is where to be for the Colton Boof. This is one example of what happens if you overshoot the ferry to the Colton Boof. Where the orange boat is penciling, the water pushes back toward the ledge/hole. It can be a tough place to roll.
