Account	Up to date. First there is no true gauge for the level of Muddy Creek. The Codorus gauge in an entirerly distant drainage. Parking at the Papermill Bridge is at your own risk. The Township and landowner really do not want folks parking there. Access is not being denied, just unload, but do not park there....
