Surfing Oella Falls

Account	There are two surfing waves on the Oella section of the Patapsco -- Oella Falls and the bottom wave at Suicide. Both are ideal around 500 to 800 cfs. This is a pic of the Oella Falls wave, which is near the Oella Mill (in the background).
