Account	Members of the Corunna-Caledonna Fire Department pull the kayak of Charles M. Orgovan of Owosso from the Shiawassee River Thursday evening. Corunna Police Chief Kim Williams said rescue workers pulled the man from the flooded-out river below the Heritage Dam.
