This is a great run into the Piney on Walden's Ridge . Please note there is a new gauge at the put-in and also note the take-out gauge on the Piney.
You can also run Bear Pen Branch and Rock Branch while paddling Duskin.
This run is know to flash and have wood.

Most of it was Class 3 to Class 3 plus. There were several trees down but they were easily
scoutable. Very scenic run with many waterfalls running down the side of the river. Parking area at
put in, has had several cars broken into in the past. We had no problems though. Creek that this
runs into was comparable to the Ocoee river with lots of big waves but not too pushy. Edit
