River Description
Chris Mann provides (2003-09-05 19:31:42):
Good put in is at end of road by the pipe crossing the river. Right off the bat you will run the
gorge, a rather short IV - V run. One rapid I consider to be a must portage, about halfway through
the gorge. It has a nice hole at the top of pour over with a rock at the bottom.
Once out of the gorge it's an easy II-III float. Even though it's a rather short section, it took
us about 3 hours to run (had to do a lot of scouting). It could probably be done in an
hour.
