This river has been run, but the logistics are somewhat involved for a short run. Access is through a float plane charter to Lachbuna. Difficulty rating is unverified.
If you are already in the area to do this run, it would make sense to combine a trip on this river with a trip down the Newhalen.
Measurements by the USGS field crews range from approximately 2000 cfs in early summer and tapering off to 500 cfs by the end of the summer. This is a glacial fed stream.
