Determining flows on this reach can be tricky as the penstock routes flows around the first half of the run to the powerhouse. You likely don't want to be in here when high flows are released from the dam due to the log jam in the Narrows. Something around 800 cfs at Underwood is a good level for a first-time exploratory.
