The Department of Ecology has a realtime station for this creek that provides direct flow information. The creek is runnable from 400-1000, although higher and lower levels are possible too. Flows around 500 are good for a first time down. You can scrape down to around 300. Above 1000 rescues could get tricky as it becomes continuous in some spots. Alternatively, you can use the USGS South Fork Stillaguamish gauge. Look for levels around 5.2 to 6.5 to get you in the ballpark. The Stilly gage is used to show the runnable range for this because the DOE gage for Canyon Creek does not provide direct numerical data.
