River Description
The Chagrin is designated a State Wild and Scenic River. There is at least one good surfing spot at
high water.
Note: the 20-foot falls in Chagrin Falls is runnable, but illegal. There's no rational approach,
as an upstream 6-foot dam is at best a boat-buster.
