Biography: I grew up in the south east before moving to Colorado. Once in the mountains I soon found myself missing the beach and surfing and discovered kayaking was the perfect fit. After several years of traveling and paddling, I was working as a safety kayaker for a local raft company and paddling on Dagger's white water team. 12 years later I am still paddling all over and am the brand manager for Dagger Kayaks. I love all types of kayaking but find myself on rivers more then anything else. Paddling is a true escape from the world. Big drops, small boofs, play, touring, whatever. Kayaking is just plain fun!! I have changed sports over the years but paddling will always be in my blood.
