American Whitewater is facing new challenges each day that threaten our whitewater rivers. To aid us in this fight the whitewater industry has stepped forward to support our conservation and access work.
Support companies that support your rivers!
Fluid Kayaks started as a small company in South Africa and now you can see their boats paddled all over the world. They still produce their boats in South Africa too, providing employment and encouraging education throughout their communities there. Fluid's high-level support for AW is a testament to their commitment to the whitewater community.
As part of Jackson Kayak’s focus on environmental responsibility, the Jackson’s have long supported AW through promotional efforts. This partnership has helped AW reach out to large portion of the whitewater community and increase our funds for river stewardship all over the US.
Since 2006, KEEN’s contributions via their Hybrid.Care program have aided American Whitewater’s projects all over the US. Keen’s long history of support for American Whitewater shows their substantial commitment to our rivers and to our planet.
PWS isn't your average shipping company. Their headquarters is platinum LEED certified and they're one of American Whitewater's largest supporters. PWS is just as engaged in saving the earth as they are in shipping things all over it.
Wakawai came to us with a novel idea: “Instead of spending money on marketing, we're just going to spend it on rivers”. Share an eddy with these folks and you'll see that doing what's right for the customer, the community and the environment is just who they are. And you know what? That's pretty darn cool.
