A brief outline: Accident happened the whitewater section of the Neenana, grade 3-4, 10,000 cfs, medium flow. Raft flip, 3 in the water, 2 recovered quickly, one not breathing with a head injury. CPR started, evacuated downstream, pronounced dead by first responders.
