American Whitewater negotiated recreational flows on the North Fork Mokelumne River Tiger Creek reach during the relicensing of Pacific Gas and Electric's hydropower project on the North Fork Mokelumne River. Each year a water year type of either Wet, Above Normal, Below Normal, Dry, and Critically Dry is determined by the predicted unimpaired inflow to Pardee Reservoir and spring forecasting information provided by the Licensee and the California Department of Water Resources. In Wet and Above Normal water years streamflows must be at least 900 cfs and in Below Normal, Dry, and Critically Dry water years streamflows must be at least 700 cfs.
